Fineotex Chemical Limited at its AGM to be held on September 15, 2023 recommended a dividend at the rate of INR 0.80/- (Eighty Paisa) per equity share of INR 2 each be and is hereby declared out of profits of financial year 2022-23 to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on September 08, 2023.
